Only the Organization Owner and Billing Manager can upgrade a subscription.
To Subscribe A License:
- Log in to Katalon TestOps.
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Select your desired Organization and go to Settings > Subscription Managements. The Subscriptions page appears.

Select Studio Subscription. In the Billing Summary, select the license you want to purchase, then click Subscribe.

Specify the billing cycle and the number of licenses for each product you want to purchase.

Apply discount codes (if any).

In the Checkout section, enter your card details or use a saved card to check out.

In Billing Information, you can enter some extra billing information that you want to display on the receipts. When you finish, click Save Billing Information.

To pay for your order, click Checkout.
To Cancel Billing Renewal:
You can cancel your Katalon license subscription at any time. This action will turn off the auto-renewal of your license subscription on the next billing cycle.
Subscription cancellation does NOT issue a refund. You can continue using the remaining subscription you have already purchased.
Only the Organization Owner and Admins can cancel a subscription.
After the cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. On the next billing date, its status becomes terminated.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

Log in to Katalon TestOps.

Select your Organization.

Go to Settings > Subscriptions Management > Studio Subscriptions.

On the top right corner of the Subscription view, click Edit Subscription

Find the license you wish to cancel, then click Cancel. The Cancel Subscription dialog appears. To confirm your action, click OK.

A customer survey form appears. Fill in the survey form, then click Done to complete the cancellation.
If you cancel your subscription by accident and want to reactivate the canceled subscription, contact us via license@katalon.com for further support.
To Upgrade Billing Plan
You can purchase more licenses or switch from a monthly to a yearly billing cycle at any time. Confirmed payment of the prorated amount upgrades your account immediately.
- Purchase more licenses
To add more licenses to your subscription, follow these steps:

Log in to Katalon TestOps.

Select your Organization. Go to Settings > Subscriptions Management > Studio Subscriptions.

Locate which product you want to upgrade, click Upgrade.

Adjust the total number of licenses. Apply discount code, if any.

Pay for the prorated amount.
Successful payment will immediately change your subscription.
Note:
- Only the Organization Owner/Admins can upgrade a subscription.
- Subscription upgrade does NOT require subscription cancellation.
- You can only upgrade a single license type at a time.

Upgrade to an annual billing cycle
An annual billing cycle represents one month of saved license costs per year and allows you to generate licenses for offline environments.
To upgrade to an annual billing cycle, follow these steps:

Log in to Katalon TestOps.

Select your Organization. Go to Settings > Subscriptions Management > Studio Subscriptions.

Locate which product you want to upgrade, click Upgrade to select between monthly and annual.

Pay for the prorated amount.
Successful payment will immediately change your subscription.
Note:
- Only monthly subscriptions can be upgraded to annual ones
- Only node-locked and annual subscriptions can be converted to offline license
