Kind regards from Katalon! You may encounter this pop-up window while using Katalon Studio v.8.2.5 onwards:
First of all, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience caused to you. Currently, Katalon Studio calls Katalon Licensing Server every five minutes to renew a working session on KS.

If the connection to the licensing server is successful, the session is renewed if the user has a valid license, or it will be terminated for a variety of reasons listed here.

If the connection to the licensing server fails, KS will throw the Acknowledgement pop-up dialogs you mentioned above. This failure is because your machine goes to sleep, or the network is off.

Before 8.2.5, KS ignored the failed connection to Licensing Server, and let the user continue your working session with KSE.

In 8.2.5, KS handled this failure, leading to your sessions being terminated. We have some workarounds for you to keep your working session:
- Download KS 8.3.0 or older versions (as long as it is not the 8.2.5).
- Do not let the machine go to sleep.

Have a stable Internet connection.

Use Offline license. Please note that the offline license has limited by design that "Once converted to an offline license, a KSE/KRE license is bound to a machine until it expires. You cannot undo this action.” - Create an offline license.
