How to transfer the license across Organization?

Issue:

The user would like to transfer the license from Organization A to Organization B

Solution:

According to policy and system process, when transferring or merging Org ID, all licenses in the terminated Org ID will be canceled. 
The remaining subscription will be converted to Katalon Credit. This refund amount will be added to your consolidated Org ID for future transactions. Upon adding to the new Org for consolidation, the license has to be added with a fulling billing cycle (12 months). 

Hence, there are two options for your case: 

Option 1: 

As in the previous response, the extra requested payment is not a service fee to consolidate your Orgs-ID. As you have <12 months - used month> months left, which is the amount of $<unsed month amount> will be refunded to your Katalon Credit. The amount needs to pay $…. is equal to …. months you've used (calculated until <starting date of Refund & Add license to new Org>). This amount supports the round-up of the transactions for a full billing cycle as mentioned above. 
However, we understand that this may not as your need and we also have another option. 

Option 2:

If there is no rush in changing and transferring the Org ID, you are able to continue using this current license of your Org ID. There is no payment made in this case as you can wait until the renewal date of the subscription. We will start transferring from '<Name of current Org – ID …..' to 'Name of new Org - ID …..'.
