The user account is not verified with CAPTCHA yet.

KSE may be reaching the maximum of idle time out
Solution:

Check and verified CAPTCHA account

Turn off your Katalon Studio.

Input your username.
-
Input your correct password.
-
Click on verify Captcha "I'm not a robot".

Then a green tick should appear.

Click on "Log In".

The screen will direct you into the TestOps Home Page.

Open the Katalon Studio again and activate the account to see whether it works.

Then go to https://my.katalon.com/profile to check if the account email has a green tick.

Ensuring the idle time out setting
Is the pop-up message appear after you reach the idle time out on TestOps?
To do so, please check on your Settings first. The pop-up message may occur when it reaches the idle time out that is set on TestOps. At the moment, we have an idle timeout setup in TestOps for 120 minutes, but to make this situation occur faster, please change it into your suitable time, such as 5 mins, 10 mins. Then you can wait and see whether it appear the pop-up message again.
We will need you to confirm this.

Log into Katalon Admin

Click on gear button > Organization Management > select Idle Timeout

In the displayed Idle Timeout Settings screen, Katalon turns off the idle timeout by default, click on the switch button to enable the setting.

Specify the desired timeout (in minutes). By default, Katalon sets 120 minutes as the timeout period.

Click Update to save your setting.
