Issue:
Whenever I try to open the 'Mobile' app and run the app to record automation I get an error message:

Solution:
This is a known issue that some platforms may have settings that prevent screenshots from being taken, for security reasons. You can ask your developer to remove the screenshot protect of the android app to see if it can resolve the issue or not. You can share the link below with the developer for more details: http://appium.io/docs/en/commands/session/screenshot/ and change the settings from the code.
