How to solve when SetViewPortSize keyword doesn't show the correct size?

Issue:

User sets for all tests command by SetViewPortSize keyword is 1920x1080 but the result they've got is 1904x1435

Solution:

The value of SetViewPortSize keyword must be less than the actual screen resolution.
