Facing “License Quota Exceed” message when executing next session even though the prior execution has ended. This exception means that the number of licenses in use exceeds the total number of licenses available to your Organization. Besides, there may be the reason that the license is still getting stuck with the prior execution for some reasons such as failed execution, termination,... That's why you can't trigger the license for the next execution.
Insert the parameters below into the KRE command (apply since v8.0.0):
Until now, it works for stable machine ID. This means that if the second execution with the same machine ID as one of the previous sessions faces the message "License Quota Exceeded," that machine ID will be removed, and the license will be released.
For the dynamic machine ID, you should remove it manually as below location:
Click on the gear icon > License Management > Select desired License type > Remove both Registered Machines and Online Licenses.
